How to Measure
For the most accurate calculation, please follow these measurement guidelines:
- Neck: Measure below the larynx with the tape sloping slightly downward to the front.
- Waist (Men): Measure horizontally around the navel.
- Waist (Women): Measure horizontally at the level of minimal abdominal width.
- Hips (Women only): Measure the largest horizontal circumference around the hips.
